For years, many publishers cared for their ministry records with the My Time app — and it served them well. But My Time hasn't been updated since September 2019, its developer's website is no longer reachable, and some friends report the app no longer opens on newer iPhones. The records you've kept — the people, the conversations, the return visits — are worth protecting.
Field Service Companion can bring them across in a few minutes, and everything happens on your device.
First: save a backup, even if you're not switching today
If My Time still opens on your phone, make a backup now — use its backup feature to email the file to yourself, and keep that email somewhere safe. Whatever app you use next, that file is your records.

How to import
- Install Field Service Companion — free on the App Store.
- Get your My Time backup file — the file My Time emailed to you, saved to your phone.
- In Field Service Companion, choose Import — pick the file, review what will be added before anything is saved, and you're done. There's an Undo if you change your mind.

If My Time no longer opens
Your records may still be within reach. A backup you emailed yourself earlier can be imported directly — and if you're stuck, write to us at support@returnvisits.org and we'll help you personally, whether or not you end up using our app.
Common questions
Does importing cost anything? No — importing is free, and imported contacts don't count against the free plan.
Do I need an account? You sign in once with Apple or Google when you first open the app; after that it works fully offline.
Does my ministry data ever leave my phone? No. Your contacts, notes, and visits stay on your device — that's the design.
